The command system introduced during Phase 4 is complete and currently supports command routing, options, registration, and permission controls.

Commands can be registered and synchronized with the development Discord server through the protected registration system.

HarewireBot is still a development project.
It is currently being tested in a controlled environment and should not be considered a finished public Discord bot.
Production deployment, additional security hardening, reliability improvements, and other operational requirements will be addressed as the project matures.
